Wasabi Sushi & Bento is an expanding chain of Japanese restaurants. Whilst the concentration of stores is greatest in London, the chain has expanded to provincial cities such as Cambridge, Birmingham and Leeds, as well as New York City in the United States.
Brand standards are evolving and developing constantly. The stores are visually very clean, and detailing is meticulously considered on each new project in a bid to improve the design each time. Design Alliance has provided a broad range of design and project management services for multiple UK sites. Other services have included work on the standards manual and feasibility studies. Completed stores include 185 Camden High Street London, West One Shopping Centre, London, and 1 Station Square, Cambridge.
